Sales Representative (Full-time)

Wilten Instruments Benelux has been the reliable supplier of high quality instruments for the laboratory and research market since 1952. We are located in Etten-Leur and are looking for a driven Sales Representative to strengthen our team.

Your role
As a Sales Representative at Wilten Instruments Benelux you are a key player in our sales team. You get satisfaction from establishing new customer relationships and maintaining existing contacts. By listening well and asking the right questions, you know exactly what the customer needs. You have strong empathy, making customers feel comfortable with you and building long-term relationships.

Although a laboratory background is not required, you immerse yourself in the industry and the products we offer, so that you can always provide customers with the best advice. You are curious, eager to learn and love the dynamics of sales.

What will you do?

  • Actively generate new business in a dynamic market
  • Maintaining warm customer relationships and providing personalized service
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to achieve sales goals
  • Acting as the first point of contact for customers with technical or application questions
  • Sharing new ideas and strategies with management to shape the future of Wilten Instruments

What do you bring?

  • At least an MBO+ working and thinking level, preferably in a technical direction (HLO/HAS is a plus)
  • Experience in sales and customer relationship management, preferably within the technical or laboratory sector (experience in the food industry is a plus)
  • Communicative strong, both in Dutch and English
  • A customer-oriented and proactive work attitude
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and a hands-on mentality
  • Creativity and a problem-solving ability
